Zürich Flughafen: Anzeige Echtzeit Luftverkehr mittels ZHAW Google Earth Plugin (Live)
Vor einiger Zeit haben ZHAW Studenten die Zürich Flughafen Live Radar Applikation entwickelt. Das war schon super, nun gibt’s da offenbar nochmals eine neue Applikation bzw. ein Plugin das sich in Google Earth integriert. Die ZHAW nennt das Projekt bzw. die Software Real-time Air Traffic in 3D und damit lassen sich die Flugbewegungen (z.B. auch wieder Flughafen Zürich und Umgebung bis Süddeutschland) in 3D anzeigen – dies sogar in Echtzeit ohne Verzögerung.
Installiert haben muss man natürlich Google Earth. Das hat ja sozusagen fast jeder. Danach nur noch das AirTraffic kmz auf der ZHAW Seite anklicke nund schon läufts.
Mit diesem wirklich gelungenen Google Earth Plugin kann man sich die Zürich Flughafen Ankunfts- und Abflug Ansichten der Flugzeuge in Echtzeit und 3D ansehen 
Interessant ist dabei beispielweise wie sich bei der Ankunft Flüge in Warteschlangen weit um den Flughafen Zürich-Kloten drehen. Auch eine vergrösserte (Zoom) Ansicht des gewünschten Flugs ist möglicht, je nach Flugzeuttyp wird dies passend dargestellt, also wirklich als 3D-Flugzeugmodell im Realtime Luftraum.
